I have been a Licensed Cosmetologist since 2015. I Specialize in the health of natural hair care @ Imari’s Hair Studio in West Tn. My goal is to provide a unique hair experience through excellent customer service, handmade natural hair care products, intimate one on one service appointments, and by providing a zen environment. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:
There is a 25% deposit for services.
NO REFUND if the customer cancels without a 24 HOURS NOTICE or DOESN’T SHOW. Deposit goes towards service if the client shows. If you cancel with a 24 hours notice and would like to reschedule for a different day, I’ll transfer deposit fee to that day as long as there is availability. *I’ll also transfer the fee in the event there are severe weather conditions, please communicate with me.
LATE POLICY:
If you are/ will be late more than 15 minutes, you will be required to cancel/reschedule. If there is another available time THE SAME DAY ((YOU)) are more than welcome to schedule it. In that case, please notify me and I’ll waive the booking fee from your new scheduled appointment. **PLEASE NOTE, If you’re going to be more than 15 minutes late it will be deemed a cancellation unless there is availability for the same day and you are able to reschedule.
